component-cart-items.js normally loads via hw-cart-products.liquid, which only renders when the cart has items. Without it, cart-items-component never upgrades and cart:update events have no handler — so adding a product from the empty-cart ATC buttons never transitions to the items state. Load it unconditionally here so the custom element is always defined.
